NY Bar Exam

I have a question regarding the NY Bar Exam.

I know graduates can sit the NY Bar exam if they earned a three year law degree from a Common Law country.

I completed the BCL/Maîtrise in UCD and although the course technically lasted 4 years, I only spent two years in Ireland where I did complete the BCL. The BCL is regarded as a 4 year degree in UCD but the transcripts only show Stage 1 & 2 as Stages 3 & 4 were spent in Paris.

My UCD certificates of attendance show that I did attend UCD for 4 years.

Hence, I would like to know if this is going to be an issue when applying for the Online Foreign Evaluation to sit the bar.

I would like to sit the bar exam before starting my LL.M next fall.

    Thanks!

Should be fine. You should send your material to them as soon as you can. It can take months to actually process. I know of people who only had authorisation to sit the bar literally a week before their exams.
