I want to start by asking people not to take the piss as I have been struggling with my head for a while now.
Lately I have been seeing a counsellor about relationship and family issues that have been getting on top of me but I am starting to feel like its all getting a little too much and that I might need to take myself out of my surroundings away from everyone for a while to try sort myself out.
Does anyone have any experience of St. Brigids in Ardee that can help? or suggest any similar place that I might be able to find help?

    Hi OP,

apologies, but as per the forum charter, we cannot give recommendations here. If you are seeking a counsellor, I suggest that you contact your GP for a recommendation in your local area. Alternatively, the Psychology forum has an excellent sticky thread on How to find a Counsellor/Therapist/Psychologist which can be found here.

    Thread closed.
    Mike
