    These books came up in a thread on the History and Heritage forum:

    The Irish Boats: Vol 1 Liverpool to Dublin
    The Irish Boats: Vol 2 Liverpool to Cork and Waterford
    The Irish Boats: Vol 3 Liverpool to Belfast

    I have not read them but they might be useful for anyone interested in Irish emigrants traveling to the UK before getting a boat to wherever or staying in the UK. They seem to cover from the 1830s onwards.
