I hit a speed bump last week and broke the drivers side spring on my MK1 Audi TT.

I'm gonna have to get both of them replaced, and I'm just looking for a ballpark figure so I know what to look out for when I'm getting quotes.

    Thanks guys.

    Thanks guys.

Just the spring? I got two rear springs done on my old 2005 GTI golf and was about 65 a spring for original VW springs. Labour is extra obviously but you can pick up generic branded springs for less. hope that helps

Look on www.micksgarage.com etc to get prices for springs. I had my rear ones done and they were not cheap, over €150 iirc. They were tricky to fit..

Labour on the front springs is going to be more expensive than your average rear spring set up as the shocks will have to come out, because of this i would also change the the two front shocks if your car has any decent mileage on it.

Fair enough guys, thanks a million. Say it's 150 for the parts, what should I be looking at as a total including labour and vat?
