Has anyone had experiences of dealing with this company and does anyone know if they are still in business? They are located in <SNIP> Business Park, <SNIP>.

We are getting married at start of October and my fiancee ordered a large customised sign from them in the middle of May for €200, she paid in full (by bank transfer on the 20th of May) and despite being told she would receive the sign within a week we never received anything and despite numerous phone calls and email conversations where the date of delivery was being continually being put back we still have not received anything. They have now stopped replying to any emails we send.

Their level of customer service and how they have dealt with herself about this has been appalling. They don't have a facebook page to try and contact them through and I cant even get through on the phone anymore.

Would SCC be the best option at this stage. I know it sounds petty but with the wedding less than a month away these kind of things add huge amount of stress.

Any info would be greatly appreciated

another update, promised delivery of the sign before Yesterday (told last tuesday then again on Friday morning it would definitely be delivered on Friday evening)...surprise surprise it never arrived...

They took out money and then just didn't deliver the product....how can any company survive for long treating customers like this.
Looks like small claims court beckons

BE VERY WARY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM <SIGN PRINTERS>

Write a registered letter, giving them 10 working days to resolve the issue. Otherwise, let them know you are going to the Small Claims Court.

Always pay for items like this credit card. It gives you the opportunity to request a charge back in situations like this.
