Decent enough price although beware that this model is being discontinued by Logitech. If you've ever owned a Harmony remote you probably know you want to have those firmware updates because as you add new "smarter" components it can complicate operations.
I'd still prefer the Harmony 650 to this which is 30 pounds cheaper and is still being supported and sold by Logitech.

Have one of the old 600s and its fantastic. Havent updated since I got it a few years ago though. Also is limited to the amount of devices you can add(maybe 6) but it really is a brilliant device.

Gets itself confused the odd time but is easy to work out.

How come this one specifically isnt supported any more? I thought they werent releasing any new models and stopped supporting all the models long ago.

Also wasnt the One the one that everybody wanted?

The fact its being discontinued doesn't mean it wont be supported by Logitech. In terms of essential functionality their remotes are virtually the same albeit the more expensive models are tarted up with touch screens etc.

They've slimmed down their remote control line up to 3 models: the entry-level 650 and 2 models both sold with a smart hub (to control devices from smartphone/tablets via Wifi). Honestly from reviews I gather that in terms of value for money the 650 is still the best pick out there.

You're right, the Harmony One was the one of the best ones produced but sadly it was discontinued quite soon. Used and refurbished models sell for a fortune online.

They're supported in the sense they get access to the growing library of supported devices (up to 270.000 currently). The issue is that you don't get dedicated updates/upgrades for example mid-2014 the 650 was upgraded to support 8 devices from the 5 it was built to support initially. Note that the 700 - which is identical to the 650 but with rechargeable batteries and was discontinued 2yrs ago - did not receive that upgrade.

If they're still upgrading the 650 which was released in 2010 I'd imagine they'll continue to support the touch for the foreseeable future. It was only released in 2012.
