    Hi all,

I am having a problem with my Dell laptop, noticed a while ago streaming any sort of video or just playing locally will constantly break up.

I am certain is isn't a software problem as I have just re-installed windows and still the problem exists.

Then thinking towards the CPU, I replaced the terminal paste and cleaned the heatsync and fan still no joy. Should I be looking somewhere else?

Edit: Its basically the same reaction you would get trying to play something on a P4 PC, even though I have decent enough specs and never had this problem in the past.

Replying to my own problem here lol, turns out the pad on the heat sync to conduct the heat the to the copper was missing. Funny must have been like that whole time and never noticed.
