This has been my worst year for attending games with my season ticket. And wouldn't you know it would be the year my county [Kerry] makes the final. According to the rules you have to attend 60% to qualify for a ticket for the final. I have 58%, however according to their website 7/12 games constitutes 60% as you can't have 7.2 games [which is the technical 60%]. I have attended 7/12 games.

So does anyone know if that means I'm safe for a ticket? Is anyone or has anyone been in a similar situation with the season ticket? I emailed them today and they replied straight away but just to tell me that at the moment they are busy sorting out the tickets for the hurling final.

    Starting to get anxious.

As per the rules you will be entitled to a ticket.

Indeed, the table in the terms and conditions says that attending 7 games is the minimum to qualify for a ticket in a 12 game campaign.

If they are the terms and conditions I can't understand what has you worried.

Because he has only attended 58.3% of games. I get the worry.

Hey thanks guys for the replies and putting my mind at ease. I wasn't certain if the 58% or 7/12 would carry, but obviously you have the same interpretation of it as I have.:)

I wouldn't even call it an "interpretation", it's right there in black and white, your ticket is 100% guaranteed. Enjoy the game!
