eircom rubbish customer care

    hi i am still holding on to speak to a customer agent.it is now 7-15 pm. i have been on the phone since before 6pm .(my phone information will bear this out) this is a common occurrence with eircom. i want to register the time i am on hold. im not sure if these messages are looked at . probably not. the company is a international disgrace.

    I for one am in total agreement with you peadar. Too annoyed to go in to all the details but eircom most definitely an utter disgrace to what was once a solid Irish brand.
