What would the ideal settings for a Sony vaio and also when it tells to upload bios rom is that the game rom or do I need a bios pack

If it's looking for bios it's the bios of the system it's trying to emulate.
If it's not included with the emu it's covered by copyright and you are not allowed to have it on your system.
It is out there undoubtedly but you are not permitted to request it here or link to it.
Similarly disc images and game rom files are not to be requested or linked to.
