Given that Germany are in our group for the European qualifers, it is woth noting that the germany qualifer games from this season are now on RTL on Astra 19.2.

Previously they had been on ZDF which was great as ZDF is FTA in HD, RTL is FTA but not in HD which is a pity.

7/9/14 Germany V Scotland RTL at 19.45 GMT
    11/10/14 Poland V Germany RTL 19.45 GMT

yup, RTL in HD is a paid channel on both satellite and cable so no way of getting it for free even in germany.

And interestingly they've even pulled out of DVB-T as they claim theres so many getting it via other means that it doesnt justify its cost, so they are a company who picks and chooses their transmission channels to suit themselves.

They changed their mind on DTT late last year - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=89616083

When they migrate to the new DVB-T2 standard in 2 years time they and the other commercial channels in Germany will be encrypted - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=90675666

Not doubting you but your figures add up to 108%!

Perhaps some people are doubling up, ie I for one use DTT and satellite!

That's correct, this from the documents - Summe > 100% wegen Mehrfachempfang (Google translate: Total> 100% due to multiple receiving)
