How to pull a flower from crack in concrete?

I found a lovely light coral snapdragon growing at my front door (must have been a seed as I don't have that colour) but it's growing through cement cracks how do I pull it up to get the root so I can repot it?

Wait for it to go to seed and plant the seeds instead.

You could try watering like crazy to try to soften it enough to pull it out without snapping it, but it may not work. Get the seeds first.
