Turning off Start up sounds S4

    Hello there Lads.

    I'm trying to turn off the Start up sounds on my Samsung S4 but cant find the option in the settings anywhere.

    I had a quick google and what I found was that it can be done through rooting the device but I dont want to go down that road as the phone is still under warranty.

    Any help would be fantastic.

    Well if sound works the same way on it as my Samsung tablet, press the volume control to bring up the sound "bar", press the gear icon on the right, and adjust the volume of the alerts to zero

    I done like you said but I adjusted the system volume and restarted phone, there is no startup sound.:)
