Leather sofa repair & condition

I discovered a small crack in my sofa the other day..... ahhhhh! Anyway I think I'm over it now and just want to get on with repairing it before it gets any worse. :o

I felt around the area where the crack formed and the leather was hard and dry. After a bit of research it looks like leather is supposed to be conditioned every so often to keep it soft to prevent the cracks.

To do the repair and conditioning I've looked up these 2 products. Has anyone any experience of these or similar and is there any such products available off the shelf anywhere in Ireland? :)
