What has Dublin's Strength & Conditioning routine been ahead of this year?

Listening to Brolly and the lads there saying they changed their routine up and I'm just wondering if anybody knows what it's been changed too?

I'm aware of that. That's not what I asked though. I asked what's this new routine the lads were talking about in the studio and not were they train.
