eBay gone crap

Why has eBay recently gone so crap. What's going on with the service. I can no longer buy from the uk on my app. Even if I refine the search to worldwide, I won't see the item. Yet if I go to eBay uk it'll be there. What's going on cause it was never like this up to a few months ago??
