    Do i have to check in online and print tickets or can i just go with the reference number on paper and check in the Airport?

    And what happens if i dont give information For Advance Passenger information

    You can check in at the airport. You should provide API information before you travel. Failure to provide this means you cannot fly.

    You don't even need the reference number, just go to the check-in desk, say which flight you're booked on and hand over your passport. If going the US or Spain you have to submit the API data, just do it.

    The airlines are obliged to provide passenger information if the destination country requires it, as coylemj said, that's US and Spain. The airline may not let you on if you don't provide it and you can forget about the country letting you in...
    You don't have to check-in online with Aer Lingus, but you do need to provide your passport/national ID details.
