Anyone with rams out yet or when do you plan let the rams off? Did the early spring prices this year entice anyone to move lambing date forwards for next year.

I let my lad off today

If you can have grass its a good idea, a mixed farmer with the cattle in can let off a ewe or two to the acre on the first February and they won't be too dependent on meal, and get abetter price
But going out with full stock in march, I find it can be along winter after.
