Hey lads, We are currently getting the free UK free to air channels through the dish. I was told you need to buy some kind of aerial to get the rte channels? Any recommendations?

You require a UHF aerial to receive the Saorview channels - http://www.saorview.ie/get-saorview/make-the-switch/step-2-check-aerial/

The group aerial you install will depend on which transmitter covers your location - http://www.saorview.ie/get-saorview/make-the-switch/coverage-map/

Examples of UHF aerials - http://www.tvtrade.ie/tv-and-radio-aerials/uhf-aerials.html

The transmission network recommend an external roof mounted aerial for Saorview reception. In strong signal areas an attic or set-top aerial might work.
