    Hello,

I was just wondering how long it took people to receive there back to education allowance when you already got it last year.
I'm on a 2 year course and it took till October for my money to come through last year and I struggled, I was wondering if you get it quicker the second time round?

I was also wondering how many hours you can work if your on back to education allowance as I've been told different hours so a little bit confused haha!

    Cheers 😊

I just gave my start date to my local office as soon as I got it and it was usually in the bank that same week, or the next at the latest.
As far as I know, while officially getting BTEA you can work as many hours as you like, but the following year you will be means tested on those earnings?
