New scheme

What is anything does anybody know of the new forestry scheme?
All I know is that it is thought to be revealed at the ploughing championship.
There is also mention of the length of the premiums being less than 20 years more likely 12 or 15 and that there might be different regulations in respect as to who can plant.
Anyone else got information on it or know if I am correct in what I have said.
