Observership in Ireland

Hi everyone.. I found this forum while I was looking for info about observership in Ireland. I'm a doctor and I'd want to move in Ireland.. I know that hospitals want at least 6 months of experience to give you a job so I'd want to attend an observership in some Hospital to make experience and gain chances to get a job. Could you tell me in which hospitals I can ask for an observership (not necesserely in Dublin)? I'm interested in Internal Medicine (or Rheumatology/Gastroenterology/Pneumology). Any advice?

    Thanks! :-)

I think the term used here is Elective, most hospitals allow them but applications need to be backed by a recognised medical school.
