Hi, We have a family member in Sydney who will need to come home with a days notice as another family member is terminal ill. Do any airlines offer flexibility in travel dates between Sydney and Dublin?

Yes its called fully flex most long haul carriers have it.

BA do it, But expect to pay a lot for it about 2k. It might be cheaper to buy on the day you need to travel.
