Anyone been over to this before. Thinking about heading with Ryanair flying to the main airport in Brussels for only €65.

Any dos/donts from anyone thats been. Should we stay in Ghent or Brussels for our stay.

Ghent is lovely worth going for a couple of days before ILT, though hotels will cost a bit more, if you are travelling in by train don't have any extras with you, the police are at the station with sniffer dogs

Cheers, we have decided to fly to brussels on the friday and have a "easy" night there and then make our way up to ghent for the gig. Looking forward to it. Still a few more names to be added so hoping they have been holding back one or two big ones

If you're spending a night in Ghent I'd recommend the Holiday Inn at Ghent Expo. It was decent value when we stayed and it's about 100 metres away from the entrance to ILT so very handy, particularly when you leave the place at around 7 am and only have to walk across the road. All the acts playing ILT also stayed there and were just in the lobby before the gig started so was pretty cool to get to meet a lot of them.

I've learned my lesson the hard way to not travel after festivals/gigs. Is this one of those things once your in you cant leave or come and go as you want policy?

Went over to this last year, was a decent weekend considering it was pretty cheap. Done the same as yourself staying in Brussels the first night then onto Ghent, Brussels was a bit of a kip I thought but Ghent was a very nice place. As far as I can remember it started around 8pm and ran until about 7am, don't think you were allowed back in once you left though, security was unbelievable I couldn't believe how strict it was getting in. Worth experiencing but not sure if I would go again.

Think its doors from 7pm to 7am. That will be a good shift. Ah ye i am prepared to be molested by security. Was at " the warehouse project " in Manchester last year. We got felt up more than a girl in coppers. Hoping there is still a few more names to be announced
