I was thinking of going coz the playwright is a graduate of the MFA in Playwriting at The Lir (which I'd love to do but it costs a fortune), so I'd be interested in seeing the quality

Thanks for that. Might go despite that review as I've seen a number of productions from Graduates in Smock Alley and I've really enjoyed them.
