Right this is probably going to be a long shot, but here goes.

My Mam loves Jo Malone Amber & Lavender perfume and she's only had the one bottle. She used it all and I was going to buy her another.
But I got to thinking...should I buy her a different Jo Malone fragrance?

The thing is...it's hard buying new smells for people as everyone likes different scents, but we generally like the same stuff.
If someone liked Amber and Lavender, is there another Jo Malone scent that she'd probably like?

I realise I'm probably asking a lot, but any suggestions of nice scents by Jo Malone is greatly appreciated.

I use the nectarine blossom and honey and it's honestly the nicest scent I've ever smelt, ever! The woman working there told me to use it in conjunction with the lime basil and mandarin body lotion as they compliment each other well and they honest to god smell divine. I could smell myself all day long when I use them and annoy everyone around me asking them to smell me! I suggest you try smelling this perfume in store anyway and see what you think. If you're in doubt just buy her the one you know she likes.

I smelt the Nectarine Blossom & Honey today and I agree; it was absolutely gorgeous.

I did think it might have been a little too fruity for my Mam for night-time wear (I don't doubt she would have loved it for daytime, though) and so I started smelling all the other fragrances.

They're launching a new fragrance this afternoon, called Wood, Sage and SeaSalt and OMG that was gorgeous.

I ended up buying Lime, Basil & Mandarin because it was beautiful AND the lady told me it was a best-seller and that nearly everyone likes it.
Hope Mam will be happy with what I picked.

Thanks for introducing me to the Nectarine one though, anna..I think I might have to treat myself!

You're welcome! I have the body lotion in the lime basil and mandarin and wear it constantly, it's just delicious! Hard to believe there is a scent that smells so nice! Hope your mam likes it!

I'm compelled to seek this out and give it a good sniffing. :)

I like citrusy scents over florals and this sounds right up my street.

I like Jo Malone and especially Lime Basil and Mandarin, but I feel for the price they dont last long enough.

For me, the nicest has to be Peony and Soft Blush. I absolutely adore it. It was my wedding perfume. It's such a pity they are so pricey. Although they are cheaper in the airport.

I smelt that. Didn't like it. Too much like "Stella" by Stella McCartney.
