Is this a new meaning for troll?

You do need to give your solicitor all the relevant information.

Gizmo2011, there isn't really anything we can help you with here. You're the only one who knows the story around the house and lands.

Obviously, we cannot tell you what the outcome of this will be because (a) that is giving legal advice and is against the charter and site rules and (b) there isn't anywhere near enough information or evidence here. You need to gather all of the relevant documentation and write down everything that you know about the situation - perhaps in timeline form if that helps - and give it to your solicitor. Even at that, your solicitor may not be able to fully advise you as to the outcome but should be able to provide you with options.
