Small claims court - registered address

    Hi

    hope someone can help with a query I have.

    Basically I want to take a company to court - they are an international company, but with a small office in Dublin. The company doesn't have a registered address in Ireland that I can find (checked on www.cro.ie)

    They do however have a registered address in the UK.

    So where do I stand? Do I file the small claim with the Irish address or the UK registered address. And do I file here or in the UK.
