Got asked by someone to bring a car from the uk on short notice and lost my passport afew months ago and never replaced it.

Apart from Ryanair should i be ok with a valid drivers license to fly to manchester and then get the boat from Liverpool to Dublin ?

    Haven't flown in afew years.

Did you read the OP's question "apart from Ryanair"?

OP if you fly Aer Lingus or one of the other airlines over you'll be fine with your driving licence.

You should be fine on a driver's licence if you fly with flybe - did it myself recently. Just check their website to ensure that hasn't changed. Same with Liverpool-Dublin ferry but again I'd double-check - in case policy has changed.

You'll definitely be grand with them, I flew with them last week and the woman in front of me at boarding had photo ID in a different name to her boarding card and they pointed it out and just let her board

Thats grand so just want to tell car owner who is booking tickets for me to not waste money on a ryanair ticket so.

Should be a decent roadtrip so.
