German Government Bonds - 10y & 15y new lows!

Yields are hitting new lows of late. I'm just curious as to why this is??

I'd be thinking that the political uncertainty around Ukraine/Russia is not helping & the general uncertainty of the middle east, Syria, etc....Also, the announcement of Mario Draghi about possible new "stimulus measures" to tackle to deflation might be driving the yield downwards apparently? (Although I don't understand why this is the case)

    What are people's thoughts?

interesting I suppose interest rates are also very low
didn't irish banks get money to buy bonds off the irish government
or was it the ecb that did this ? where is the free market
so I reckon there is a lot of cash chasing returns and Germany is seen as very safe
