    Bit of a late post , but better late than never I suppose. :)
    Haven't run this race in previous years due to one thing or another but as luck would have it I'm free this Friday, so yaay me !
    At only 10 euro on the day, with a flat course promised..sounds good.
    Its a 5 minute drive off the main Cork-Limerick road from Buttevant if anyone is interested.

    Just to say a big thanks to Liscarroll AC for a fine event.
    As promised the course was the flatest I've ever run on and the weather played ball which was nice :)
    A small enough field but I believe there is another race in the North Cork/ Limerick vicinity this weekend which is a pity . Great marshalling, with the local gardai keeping the course lovely and quiet. No one could believe the weather, the sun was shining the whole race with a bit of a breeze to keep us cool.
    Was dragged over the line by a work mate to record a sub 40min for my first 10km so I'm well chuffed :D
    Showers, cups of tea, sarnies and then home.

    Thanks again Liscarroll AC, will be back next year deffo for another fine race.
