How to fix dye run

I have literately worn and washed this jumpsuit once and the top part has turned a horrible off cream/grey colour. I washed it on it's own so I think the black must have run a bit. Has anyone any tips/advice on how I can get it back to it's original colour in order to get another wear out of it?
