Golly how a year has flown since a bunch of local folks got together to create an international festival of experimental music and arts on a completely voluntary basis. But here we are again and this year have some of the biggest names in experimental, ambient and electronic arts in the world to come and spend 3 days in Waterford. It's still all voluntary and many of the artists taking part are waiving fees. That's the reputation our little festival has gained in the last 12 months. Anyway, on to the blurb :p
