Hi we applied in July as hubbie on social welfare. Still not finalised yet.

Hi hope someone can help have received a fis form and need help filling it in the question on efforts made on getting maintenance what answer will I put as I dont get maintenance and never had any contact with my childs father how do I state this on the form. Any help would be great.
