    It's certainly the correct BB for the chainset, as for fitting, I've no experience with pressfit BB's. Maybe get the LBS to do it this time and ask if you can watch and ask questions.

    Everything looks to be in order there.
    They are very easy to fit, just don't over tighten the crank but. Leave the slightest of side to side movement. Otherwise there will be a lateral loading on the bearings and they are not designed to take axial thrust.

    There is no problem doing it yourself. That b/b will work fine with a shimano chainset. It should press in very easily, you can use a specific tool or make one yourself with a threaded bar some nuts and washers.

    Went up to cycle superstore and they fitted the bb while I waited, which was nice. Picked up a chainset in wheelworx and a torque wrench in bike 2 race. It was nice going to the different shops :-)
