    Any interest in a spacious one bed apartment in Sandyford ( Sandyford View).
    10/15min cycle to UCD
    5 min cycle to luas
    15/20 min walk to luas
    Bus that goes to luas and dart on the doorstep
    Bins included
    Bills seperate.
    All mod cons etc etc
    Available from October 1st

    Ideally looking for a final year student.

    Looking for €550 a month ( first in advance and a deposit - €350)

    Would you be okay with a short term rent? I'm going to do an internship in Dublin so I'm looking for a place to stay from the end of september until the end of november.
