Car Club friendly hotel...

Folks, I'm looking for hotel suggestions for having a car club gathering.

Somewhere off the M1/M50/M4 motorways for easy access in Louth/Meath/Dublin etc.

I've already tried the Hamlet Court in Meath but it's booked out.

Ideally it'll have ample car parking (safe if not secure), good food, reasonable overnight
rate. Not the Ritz but not a dump either.

Can any boardie's suggest a place that could be suitable?

    Many Thanks

Killashee in Naas have car club meetings (classic cars etc) from time to time. Might be pricey enough to stay there though!

City North Hotel? They host (or have hosted) the ALMC car shows there - car park is plenty big enough.

Just off the M1 near the Dublin/Meath border, but no idea what room rates are like.

Bewleys Airport Hotel, it's just at the M50/M1 connection, plenty of parking for Airport users who park and ride, I'd imagine should be plenty of spaces there now with the summer almost over.

You can't make that kind of assumption anymore. When the kids go back to school, granny and grandad head off to the sun and Bewley's car park fills up.

Younger folk are able to lug their bags into and out of regional buses and the Aircoach, older people prefer to drive as close as possible to the airport and get a shuttle, Bewleys car park is ideal for them as it's secure, well-lit and there's a hotel above it.

Fairways Hotel Dundalk... Worth a call, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Lots of parking and just 5 min's of J16 M1..
P.s: They have hosted stuff like this before.
    Good Luck.
