WARNING Malaga airport landing & train commute south weekends at night wont work often due to trains are already full up leaving Malaga . Many of irish who are locals and live in Malaga can tell you the train service from Malaga airport going south to Fuengirola is a very good service except on weekends at night in the peak season like July August. Our friend will often book thier own flights to Malaga and book thier apartments or hotels and catch train from Malaga airport going south to Tormillinos Belamadina Torre Blanka Fuengirola etc .When their plane lands in Malaga airport they will nip across the airport to catch the trains going south to Fuengirola or north th Malaga However on the weekends the trains leaving Malaga are completely full leaving Malaga and will not take on passengers at Malaga airport .The only train solution is to take train to Malaga and then join the hoards that take the train from Malaga going south. The same problem can exist outside of peak season July august but is less likely .The alternative at night the taxi from airports isnt cheap as the train rides in Spain are often more than 50% cheaper than Ireland . Just had a bunch of my friends family discover that when they came to visit him here in the region south of Malaga .
