Has anyone been to the shows at Puy Du Fou near La Roche Sur Yon. Do you have to be there early or can you arrive late in the morning

We were there last year and probably arrived about 11am. I think we left about 5pm and were happy with the amount we saw. You're never going to get all the shows in one day IMHO unless maybe you arrive at opening time and stay till closing time late at night.

It can get very crowded and hot in the summer heat but is still worth the trip. Top tip is get there as early as you can but it's still possible to have a good day even if you don't.

Was there in July. We got there at 12:30 and fitted in 4 shows and that was enough. Really well organised but I think that doing much more would be a struggle if you have kids as it can be really hot. maje sure you bring a hat because they were charging 14 Euro. Queues were not too bad and we brought a picnic. We will go back next to time we are in the area.
