Xoro 9000+ cant use media player

    Hi Folks

    My sister has the Xoro 9000+ a while with no major problems. Recently I decided to try the media player so inserted USB and followed the instructions on tvtrade's video. However when I get to REC menu and press OK, nothing happens. I cant scroll to USB. Any ideas what is wrong?
