Paid pro rata, but Friday only work until 1pm. Employer takes full day off holiday take if Friday taken as holiday, or 1 full day off pay if FFriday taken sick. Is this legal?

    What does your contract say?

How many hours do you do each day normally?

How many hours do you do on Friday?

It's a tricky one if you're not paid hourly.
Best thing to do is avoid taking Friday off, unless it's part of a full week's annual leave.
