BMW specialist near sandyford?

Does anyone know of a BMW specialist near Sandyford? An engine warning light has come on in my e39. Checked the handbook it says "deterioration of exhaust emissions control values". Thereby, want the codes to be read to identify the cause(s).

Have only heard good things on here and elsewhere about valdas in motor confidence.
