i'm surprised nobody replied to you. you probably know by now if you're able for a vtos or not. i was in a level 8 and dropped out and now im in a level 5 with the grant. i know a guy who did four years of a level 8 and is now doing a level 5 with the grant all because he hasn't accepted his degree yet even though he has all the credits. if you have a degree you can only continue in that area to get the grant im afraid. how did it turn out for you in the end?
