    Hi all,

    I applied for maternity leave & they have refused due the the reason of not having paid enough contributions ( was living abroad).

    Can anyone advise what my alternative is ( if any)?

    My situation;

    Single
    Finishing up work soon however as it's a contract they won't pay mat leave so basically I will have no other income.

    Regards

    Best thing for you to do is go and have visit with your CWO who will advise you. As soon as baby is here you can apply for OPFP.
