    UNION CYCLISTE INTERNATIONALE
    Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the International Cycling Federation. We manage and develop world cycling (disciplines: Road, Track, Mountain Bike, BMX, Paracycling, Cyclo-Cross, Trials, Indoor Cycling) and represent the interests of National Federations from 176 countries. We are based in Aigle in the premises of the World Cycling Centre (WCC).
    To supplement our Communications team the UCI is currently looking to appoint:
    Digital and Social Media Coordinator (M/W) – 100%
    English/French
    Mission
    In charge of the daily management of www.uci.ch and the UCI’s presence within social media
    Responsibilities
     Manage, monitor and facilitate the development of the www.uci.ch website and UCI social media platforms ensuring that both are constantly up to date, engaging and in line with UCI communications strategy
     Oversee the development of a new www.uci.ch website and coordinate with appointed external project partners
     Contribute to the definition and implement strategic plans for digital and social media within the Federation
    Profile Tertiary education in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, or related fields 3 to 5 years experience in developing and managing social media and web-based solutions (portfolio required) Proven experience using graphics and web-development tools Advanced knowledge of web/mobile programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and databases (PHP and MySQL), basic Adobe Photoshop skills and experience with the most popular Content Management Systems Experience with Google platforms (specifically AdWords and Analytics) Written and spoken fluency in English and French; other languages an advantage Strong SEO background Knowledge in marketing a plus Ability to provide innovative solutions and proactive ideas/concepts Ability to identify key market trends and translate data into ideas Good sense of priorities and organisation, ability to multi-task and respect tight deadlines Accuracy and precision in work process Collaborative, team oriented and demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills High integrity, dynamic and engaged Passion for cycling and a sound understanding of the industry is desirable Start Date: As soon as possible or to be agreed
