You've specced an ITX motherboard and SFX PSU in an ATX case. Have a look at Silverstone's DS380 instead.

You also won't need the 140mm fans if you change case.

If you want a bigger case to add more drives in the future, look at Nanoxia's DS1. It's very similar to the R4, but you can buy extra HDD cages for it.

Also, it's not available here yet, but have a look at ASUS' P9A-I. It's a quad NIC, 16-port board (8087 SAS). For if you really want storage. Though at that point you might as well grab a full ATX board.

Sorry the PSU was a remnant from a previous build - I'd probably go for something fanless and let the case do the work

It looks hellish to open after an initial build. I'll never hotswap I'd say.

The Nanoxia's DS1 looks good, but maybe a little big? In fact even the Fractal is at my limit!

The ASUS P9A-I is a sexy board, but SAS drives would probably double the cost of the build.

A case that small is always going to be a pain to build in, but it is really compact when you get it up and running, and because of the hot-swap, you only have to cable it once.

Also, Silverstone does these things, which should make your life a hell of a lot easier.
