Advise on this PC Build

Found a PC Build a new pages back from June, I'm planning to buy the parts next week and assemble it myself. Can anyone give me on advise on this build - anything you would change? Primarily will use for gaming/programming.

Zalman Z11 Midi Tower - schwarz, ohne Netzteil (might for a different tower, suggestions?)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3X OC, 2GB GDDR5, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort

Total: 825 quid

Why a Xeon?

It was used in the previous build, would an i5 be better?

Pretty amazed the board supports it! The Xeon is a server-class chip but for 20 quid less you can get a 4690K

They're the same price more or less most places, and if you're not into overclocking the Xeon is a much better option, it's basically an i7 Processor.
