just doing ours at the minute, materials cost €40 do it your self very easy to do

Saw a programme on RTE last night where instead of spray painting the cabinets, they just hand painted them for a rustic effect. I was a bit sceptical beforehand, but they looked fantastic once done.

Might be something worth watching and considering. The programme was called "Design Doctors" I think.
