    Rather smaller plane equivalent of this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Express_Flight_705 in some ways.

    Can only assume the passenger either has some form of dementia or wanted to die.

    Anybody who did their IR at NFC would be more that prepared for this scenario. If you were there you'll know what I mean! ;)

    It was an NFC Instructor no less who told me how to deal with a student or passenger who grabbed the controls. Her suggestion was: 'Poke them in the eyes. Everybody will protect their eyes.'

    Never had to put it into practice though!
