Anyone know what books are needed and can you get them secondhand anywhere? Culinary Arts. Also do you know if there are any more costs at the start or through the year apart from the 500 euro for knives and uniforms.Do you need laptop for notes or online work? I know about the 2750 euro student contribution.thanks
